 “Very excited to return to Singapore and perform 8 great concertos’ movements in one concert on October 27 this year in Singapore’s Esplanade Concert Hall! I’ll perform with Maestro Chan Tze Law and the Metropolitan Festival Orchestra on a very special program that includes 8 favorite movements from 8 concertos by Tchaikovsky, Chopin, Rachmaninov, Liszt, Beethoven and Gershwin, as well as the two iconic concertos from China - the Butterfly Lovers Concerto (for which I’ll be the violin soloist), and the Yellow River Piano concerto. 

One night, 8 styles and characters by the different composers, as well as an intense conversation between different cultures, it’ll be an unprecedented challenge as well as a dream-come-true concert for me.

我将于今年10月27日在新加坡滨海艺术中心音乐厅举办一场非常特别的协奏曲音乐会，与指挥家陈子乐先生以及新加坡大都会管弦乐团合作演奏八首伟大协奏曲中的八个经典乐章！这八个乐章分别来自柴可夫斯基、肖邦、拉赫玛尼诺夫、李斯特、贝多芬、格什温的经典协奏曲，以及两首中国的两首经典协奏曲——《梁祝小提琴协奏曲》（我将同时担任小提琴独奏）和《黄河钢琴协奏曲》。

在同一场音乐会中，演奏八首风格迥异、个性鲜明的协奏曲乐章，这代表着横跨全世界的不同文化碰撞。对我而言，这既是一次前所未有的挑战，也将是一场梦想成真的音乐会。

衷心感谢新加坡VIVA儿童抗癌基金会举办这场意义非凡的音乐会，期待再次见到新加坡的乐迷观众们，共同分享音乐分享爱！
